Sinopsis:
Narra la historia de los Walker, cinco hermanos que están a punto de descubrir lo que se esconde debajo de su imagen de familia idílica; una serie de secretos que o bien les separarán dramáticamente o les harán inseparables. La historia es narrada por la hermana más popular y comunicativa de todos, Kitty (Calista Flockhart), una afamada presentadora de radio, que siempre ha sido la hija predilecta de su padre. Al desaparecer la red de seguridad que les proporcionaba el padre de familia, los Walker tendrán que afrontar la realidad de sus respectivas vidas.
